We ship all our parcel orders with DHL and pallet orders with Owens.

We want our customers to be completely happy with our products, however should the need arise to return an item, please follow the next steps for doing so:

Please email customerservices@apt-icc.co.uk stating the following:

• Reason for requesting a return of the item and photographs should they be relevant
• On receiving acknowledgement and return, please pack your items in the original packaging
• Send the items to us using recorded delivery or any method that provides proof of return

As per our Terms & Conditions, all returns should be received by us no later than 14 days after they were dispatched. The goods must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

We’re happy to arrange a collection if the item is faulty or incorrect. Otherwise, returns will need to be sent back to us.
