1️⃣ Dilute Ultramax 2020 at 1:100 for light degreasing, or increase concentration up to 1:25 for heavy-duty degreasing tasks.
2️⃣ Apply the solution using a mop, brush, or sprayer for surface or parts cleaning.
3️⃣ Allow 5–10 minutes contact time to let the ultrasonic degreaser break down grease, grime, and oil.
4️⃣ Agitate if needed to loosen heavy contamination on metal or plastic components.
5️⃣ Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all residues and leave surfaces clean.
For Use in Ultrasonic Baths:
1️⃣ Add 1 part Ultramax 2020 to the required volume of water in the ultrasonic tank (commonly 1:25 to 1:50 dilution, depending on contamination).
2️⃣ Set the ultrasonic bath temperature between 40–60°C for optimal cleaning performance.
3️⃣ Place parts or components into the bath ensuring full submersion.
4️⃣ Allow cleaning to proceed for 5–20 minutes, depending on the level of soiling.
5️⃣ Remove parts, rinse with clean water, and allow to air dry or wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
