Orders are shipped using our trusted courier partners: DHL, DPD, and Owens Group. Shipping fees depend on the order value, total weight, and delivery location within the UK.
Please note: Not all orders qualify for free delivery. Hazchem items and bulk shipments may carry additional charges.

Hazchem Delivery
Certain products are classified as hazardous and must be shipped through the Hazchem Network. These items always incur a delivery fee due to strict handling and transport regulations.
Delivery costs for Hazchem products are calculated based on weight and delivery address, and will be shown clearly at checkout.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following:
· As per our Terms & Conditions, all returns should be received by us no later than 14 days after they were dispatched. The goods must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
· Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
· Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking charge.
· Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please Note: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
