We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following:

· As per our Terms & Conditions, all returns should be received by us no later than 14 days after they were dispatched. The goods must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
· Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
· Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus a 25% restocking charge.
· Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customerservices@apt-icc.co.uk immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
· Hazardous goods or flammable liquids
· Sale items
