1️⃣ Light Cleaning & Maintenance Descaling: Dilute Ultramax PHS at a ratio of 1:50 with water. This is ideal for regular maintenance and minor limescale removal in ultrasonic baths and equipment.
2️⃣ Heavy-Duty Descaling: For tougher scale, corrosion, or rust removal, increase the concentration up to 1:10. Always add the product to water, not vice versa.
3️⃣ Place parts or equipment into the prepared solution within the ultrasonic bath. Allow to soak for 1–2 minutes to loosen deposits. Agitate manually or activate the ultrasonic cycle to enhance cleaning performance.
4️⃣ After soaking, rinse all equipment thoroughly with clean water to remove loosened residues and neutralise the acidic solution.
5️⃣ For internal descaling (e.g. containers or tanks), apply neat Ultramax PHS directly to the affected area.
Top up with water and leave to soak. Agitate if necessary and rinse thoroughly.
