LEMIX 7 is a highly refined non-aromatic solvent cleaner specifically formulated for use on electric and electronic components where the use of traditional chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents is restricted for toxicity or operational reasons. LEMIX 7 may also be used as a degreaser for metals, plastics and painted surfaces including chlorinated rubber finishes.
Solvent cleaners are very popular for use in industrial applications due to their cleaning power and their ability to remove thick, baked on oils, dirt, contaminants, solder flux, and greases. Lemix 7 is excellent for all metal degreasing, panel wiping or painted surface degreasing prior to coating. It’s high-performance degreasing ability makes it an alternative to harsh and pungent conventional cleaning solvents that can often be damaging on the surface, allowing for immediate surface testing or re-application of surface coatings in industrial processes.
Lemix 7 is a highly refined, fully evaporating cleaning solvent and degreaser with virtually no odour. It’s specially formulated for high performance and used as an alternative to harsh, pungent conventional solvents. Lemix 7 can be used in cold cleaning and through dip tank cleaning, dependant on the requirements.
Cold Cleaning – apply to a cloth or spray onto surface, agitate, if necessary, allow to work and dry off.
Dip Tank Cleaning – when using a dip tank, ensure that a sealed lid is available to stop product from evaporating. Place components to be cleaned into the tank, leave for a short time to allow the solvent to work and agitate if necessary. Allow to dry in well-ventilated areas.
