UltraMax OPT is a heavy-duty ultrasonic cleaning solution and industrial degreaser used for the most difficult jobs associated with the cleaning and degreasing of heavily soiled parts and components to remove residues such as hardened carbon, dyes, wax, and greasy deposits. UltraMax OPT is the ideal industrial degreaser that is highly concentrated with built in corrosion protection, low foaming and contains fast acting ingredients. As an ultrasonic cleaning solution, industrial cleaning supplies is perfect for cleaning glass, ceramics, manufactured parts, and components.
FLOOR SCRUBBING: Feed through the dispensing equipment on the machinery turning the gauges to give dilution rates between 80 & 100-1 with water.
FOR DIP TANK OR ULTRASONIC CLEANING: Dilute ULTRAMAX OPT up to 30 parts of water leave to work and rinse off using clean water.
FOR MOPPING AND HAND SPRAY CLEANING: Dilute up to 80 parts of water.
FOR GLASS WASHING THROUGH MACHINE: Dilute up to 200-1 at 60°C.
Note: Do not use on aluminium, galvanized steel, magnesium zinc or their alloys. Always check by carrying out sample test first.
