APT’s Herculean is a heavy duty carpet cleaner, carpet shampoo & upholstery cleaner with added deodorizer. Special formulation of highly active ingredients containing emulsifiers, detergents, anti-soil agents, colour restorers and perfume. Freshens and deodorises, leaving fabrics free from stale odours. HERCULEAN is a low viscosity clear blue liquid with a clean fragrance. HERCULEAN is a blend of emulsifiers, detergents, anti-soil agents, colour restorers and perfume in aqueous base. Formulated with a thought to our environment and is fully biodegradable and phosphate free.
USES
HERCULEAN is specially designed for cleaning carpets and upholstery using the spray extraction equipment with either hot or cold water. HERCULEAN can be used as a pre-spotter for breaking up greasy deposits before going over the area with a hot water extraction machine. Suitable for use on surfaces that can tolerate water. Do not use on any fabric that must be dry-cleaned. For use in hotels, clubs, public houses, nursing homes, residential homes, offices, car valeting, bus companies etc.
Always vacuum the carpet before any wet cleaning process. Dilute HERCULEAN with hot water in the detergent tank of the extraction machine as follows. Dilute 1 part of HERCULEAN to 200 parts of hot or cold water for general cleaning of upholstery. Dilute 1 part of HERCULEAN to 100 parts of hot or cold water for heavy-duty carpet, upholstery and other hard surface cleaning.
Clean the carpet/fabric taking care to extract as much liquid as possible. Go over areas of high dirt levels several times if necessary. Do not rub the carpet; use the lance in a slow steady motion. Allow the carpet/fabric to dry, preferably overnight. Any furniture should be moved away from the wet carpet areas, or placed on waterproof coasters to prevent the risk of staining from metal castors etc.
NB: Always test a small area of carpet by rubbing with a white clothe dipped in the solution of HERCULEAN to be used. If the white cloth picks up colour or the carpet discolours do not wet clean the carpet.
