What chemicals should be used to sanitise surfaces?

When it comes to sanitising surfaces, the best chemicals to use should contain antibacterial properties and have been proven to kill 99.999% of bacterial and viral microorganisms as well as salmonella and listeria.

Ultimate AX is a food safe, fragrance free, antibacterial spray used in food preparation manufacturing plants, commercial kitchens and for general cleaning and sanitising of any hard surface, including phones, door handles, handrails, keyboards, copiers to name a few. Ultimate AX sanitising spray is safe to use on surfaces including, glass, aluminium, stainless steel, rubber, ceramic, plastic, tiled surfaces, and all water-resistant surfaces. Ultra-fast drying formula that quickly cleans and removes dirt, light grease, and grime.

What is the recommended contact time for sanitisers?

Ultimate AX antibacterial sanitising spray is a ready to use formula and can be used as a cleaner on preparation surfaces, where you simply spray the sanitiser, leave for up to 60 seconds and wipe away with paper towel. For equipment spray the antibacterial spray onto a paper towel and wipe. Ultimate AX bactericidal hard surface cleaner can be sprayed onto surfaces as a final spray at the end of a shift or of a cleaning operation. A special use of this product is for cleaning and killing bacteria on probes on most surfaces.

Remember: DO NOT spray in to open or live electrical components venting outlets.

Does antibacterial sanitiser kill viruses?

Not all antibacterial surface sanitisers kill viruses. As a surface sanitiser, some have such a small concentration of chemicals, mixed with so much water that not only do they take a long time and effort to be effective, but they need replacing frequently which in turn becomes more expensive.
