CITRUS RTU is a special blend of natural citrus oils, synergistic solvents used to quickly penetrate and disperse the host material allowing it to be easily removed by wiping or washing.
CITRUS RTU is used for a wide variety of tasks to remove unwanted adhesives, heavy oils, greases, bitumen, tars and inks.
CITRUS RTU is much more effective than many hazardous solvents that contain white spirit or other flammable solvents.
CITRUS RTU designed for slow evaporation giving a greater contact time. Its low citrus odour and high flash point, greater than 60ºC ensures a safer more user friendly product, allowing it to be used in many more applications compared to those normally restricted with other pungent solvents. For the removal of oil, tars, bitumen, some silicones, grease, glue, sticky deposits, heavy oil and grease some resins (e.g. chewing gum) and solvent soluble stains. Safe for use on a wide variety of surfaces including painted, metals, most plastics. Use to degrease all oil and grease contaminated plant and equipment.
Apply to the surface, a agitate in necessary allow contact for a few minutes and wipe or rinse away.
For heavy deposits agitate in necessary leave to soak for up to 15 minutes & Wash off with water or wipe with a clean cloth.
Citrus RTU is a heavy-duty solvent degreaser which is used in industry to remove the most tenacious grease and deposits in heavy engineering, waste refuse and road maintenance. It dissolves all heavy grease, oils and glues and can be used as a tar and glue remover. The citrus degreaser acts as a fast-acting solvent cleaner and adhesive remover. It is used in a number of engineering and transportation industries and is used to clean items such as:
Citrus RTU is a fast acting solvent cleaner and can be used through all parts washers including our parts cleaning unit.
When using the cleaning method of spraying, Citrus RTU should be applied through a hand sprayer, leave the product to work for 10 minutes and rinse with clean water. For dip tanks/parts washer system, suspend small components in carrying baskets for approximately 20 minutes. Manually, Citrus RTU should be brushed directly onto heavy soiled/greasy surfaces, leave the product to work for 10 minutes and rinse with clean water. This is one of the best degreasers and solvent cleaners in the market today which is non-toxic and has low flammability.
