Instructions for use & dilution rates
General Use Dilute the mutipurpose surface cleaner with the required amount of water, hot or cold – 1-100 parts water for general sanitising and cleaning. Leave for just 60 seconds and agitate any stubborn heavy residues. Simply wipe clean or rinse off with clean water.
Deep Cleaning Dilute 1 to 25/50 parts water.
Oven Cleaning And Degreasing Apply to surface diluted at 50 parts water, apply to surface, and agitate where required and wipe clean.
Deep Cleaning of cooker hoods and deep fat fryers use either cold, or hot for optimum cleaning and de-carbonising of surfaces.
Dish Washer Cleaning Put half a cupful into the dishwasher and run through 2 cycles.
Tannin Removal Soak items for 15 minutes in the sink then put through the dishwasher.
