VIROKILL is a concentrated disinfectant cleaner and sanitiser proven to be highly effective against enveloped viruses.
Disinfection is a critical process in all industries; failure to disinfect leads to spoilage but more importantly, the risks to human and animal health can be very serious, even fatal.
Advantages and Benefits
Uses
VIROKILL can be used for spray wiping, mopping through cleaning equipment including floor scrubbers and pressure washers. Most hard and soft surfaces to clean, disinfect and sanitise.
Passes BS EN 1276 at 1% in clean and dirty conditions. The test organisms being Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus hirae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. Effective against fungi, moulds, yeasts, algae and moss. The biocide is effective against enveloped viruses.
Applications
It has been specifically designed for routine sanitising in commercial, industrial and retail buildings to include schools, hospitals, surgeries, nursing homes, offices, theatres and sports facilities, airports etc. Safe to use in food processing and agricultural situations.
Dilution Rates
Fogging
VIROKILL can be used through a Fogger at 2% as being effective against an enveloped virus. Fogging should not be done when there are any animals or humans in the vicinity.
Bleach is one of the most harmful ingredients that can irritate and skin, surfaces and cause a huge amount of damage to surfaces. Although it is useful in disinfecting surfaces, the ingredients within bleach can be harmful.
One of the most suitable alternatives to using bleach to kill 99.999% of all germs, bacteria and viruses is using VIROKILL, APT’s Antiviral Disinfectant Concentrate or ready to use. VIROKILL Concentrate is approved to European Standard BS EN14476, BS EN 13697 & BS EN1276 and is effective against enveloped viruses within 5 minutes. This non-bleach formula is eco-friendly and is even safe to use on food preparation areas and hands!
Bleach is a disinfectant, however, as mentioned above it is unsafe to use for the individual and harmful to the surface it has been used on. As an alternative to bleach, we recommend using VIROKILL Concentrate to kill germs, viruses, and bacteria. VIROKILL has been proven to be highly effective against enveloped viruses. Manufactured in the UK it conforms to European Standards. VIROKILL Concentrate ingredients are readily biodegradable and eco-friendly. Its unique scientific formula is based on amphoteric surfactants, making it safe to use in food preparation, plant and equipment and it is safe for operatives. Not only can it be used by hand, but it is also designed for use in fogging machines.
VIROKILL Concentrate Concentrated disinfectant is effective against enveloped viruses, bacteria, and germs. Its non-bleach formula is effective within five minutes and cleans and disinfects surfaces, including food preparation surfaces. Its super-concentrated nature provides 250 litres for every 5 litres of product purchased. It is easy to dilute at 50-1 to maintain its effectiveness against bacteria.
