Opticlean is a non-tainting, solvent free formula that is safe to use throughout the food industry. This hard surface cleaner is easy to wash off and does not leave unsightly residues making the job in hand easier and quicker. The industrial degreaser is phosphate-free and fully biodegradable.
The hard surface cleaner is used in dip and ultrasonic tanks, pressure washers, floor scrubbing equipment, glass washing machinery and mopping. The heavy duty degreaser can be used throughout all commercial industries and food processing plants including, concrete and factory floors and walkways. Opticlean is essential for the removal of all types of heavy oils, fats, flux, greases, dirt, grime, and most types of lubricating films, quickly and safely.
The Industrial Degreaser can also be used for floor scrubbing. Feed through the dispensing equipment on the machinery turning the gauges to give dilution rates between 80 and 100 with water. This product can also be used within a dip tank or ultrasonic cleaning. In order to do this, dilute the heavy duty degreaser up to 30 parts of water, leave to work and rinse off using clean water.
The hard surface cleaner can also be used for mopping and hand spray cleaning: Dilute up to 80 parts of water.
Opticlean can also be used for glass washing through a machine by diluting up to 200-100 at 60 degrees.
Feed through the dispensing equipment on the machinery turning the gauges to give dilution rates between 80 & 100-1 with water.
Dilute the industrial degreaser up to 30 parts of water leave to work and rinse off using clean water.
