Our ultra low capacity MK4 Fogging Machine can be widely used for disinfection, sterilization, air purification and other spraying works.
This fogging m a chine product has many advantages such as reducing the amount of virus, bacteria and other airborne germs that are suspended in air and on surfaces. This is achieved by spraying large fog drops in an enclosed area with a chlorine based disinfection solution.
The fog drops are small in diameter but large in quantity which are well distributed and can float in the air for a long time. This makes the enclosed area to be disinfected effectively.
This MK4 Fogging Machine is easy to operate and therefore is well liked by our users nationwide. This machine can be used safely in all enclosed areas such as in Homes, Cars/Buses, Schools, Hotels, Banking Halls, Churches, Mosques, Salons, Factories, Shops, Restaurants, Conference rooms and many more places.
Step 1: Open the l id of the bottle/kettle and fill with a chlorine based disinfection solution according to proportion. Cover the lid and start the second step. (It must be sealed with a gasket before delivery)
Step 2: Connect the power supply. Before connecting the power supply, it is necessary to check that there is no leakage on the device.
Step 3: Turn on the switch. The signal “—” shows that the machine is on, the “O” shows that the machine is off.
Step 4: Adjust the flow switch to dispense disinfecting fog. Before delivery, the switch is set to the largest flow state and the user can adjust the fog spray according to his need of disinfection.
Step 5: Position the machine at one corner of the enclosed area to disinfect the entire area or move the machine around the room, disinfecting specific areas and surfaces.
Operation Procedure
1. Fill bottle or kettle with a chlorine based disinfection solution.
2. Connect to power supply
3. Turn the switch on
4. Adjust the flow of the switch to dispense fog
5. Position the machine at one corner of the enclosed area to disinfect the entire area or move the machine around the room, disinfecting specific areas and surfaces,
Clean the bottle or tank with water after use and spray for 1 minute.
Depending on the fogging machine that you purchase, some may trigger smoke alarms as they are sometimes of extremely poor quality.
All our fogging machines are CE certified and tested and come with a 12-month warranty. Due to the high standard fogging machines, they will not set off a fire alarm, no matter where the MK4 fogging machines is being used. The control nozzle regulates the ideal spray droplet size and rapidly disperses antiviral disinfectant to treat airborne organisations and all surfaces. The MK4 Fogging Machine is known to be highly effective when sanitising to help eradicate enveloped viruses, provided that you use an approved and tested antiviral disinfectant like VIROKILL RTU which has passed BS EN 1276, BS EN 13697 and BS EN 14476 for killing 99.99% of surface and airborne bacteria within 5 minutes.
We do not recommend using water in any of our fogging machines, since water does not contain chemical ingredients to help eradicate viruses. Using VIROKILL RTU through the machine makes it safe for disinfecting all hard and soft surfaces including floors, curtains, desks, doors, telephone equipment, fridges, computers, toilets and much more. The fogging machine can be used in all arrears such as lifts, offices, bathrooms, kitchens, waiting rooms, warehouses, storage facilities, factories, call centres and every organisation that needs to keep its employees and the public safe from viral outbreaks.
VIROKILL, is a ready to use amphoteric biocidal bactericidal killer, which will destroy 99.99%. Used on all surfaces including soft furnishings where bacteria can rapidly grow.
Fogging sanitation produces micro-droplets of disinfectant and biocides that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application. Dispersing these micro-droplets into the air means the solution can reach hard to access areas that would not be sanitised by conventional cleaning. Fogging is one of the quickest and easiest ways of disinfecting all areas. The specially designed nozzle has a range of spray over 10 metres high, thus enabling the mobile operator to quickly coat difficult to reach surfaces. It has an adjustable flow to ensure the output is suited to all rooms and spaces.
If you have VIROKILL Concentrate, you will need to Pre-dilute VIROKILL with 50 parts water in tank. For example, 4 x 5 Litres will give you 1,000 Litres of RTU. If you have VIROKILL RTU, no need to dilute as this product is ready to use.
