STERI SAN is a Liquid – waterless modern blend of sanitiser and skin conditioners in an 70% alcohol base, for use in hygiene conscious areas.

To answer simply, APT’s Steri San Hand Sanitiser is not rubbing alcohol. Steri San is an antibacterial hand sanitiser that has been designed specifically to help eradicate infectious enveloped diseases. Steri San contains 70% alcohol, which is recommended by WHO (World Health Organisation), that has been proven to kill 99.9999% of all germs, bacteria, and viruses. Steri San is a water free, non-rinse formula containing a scientific blend of bactericides and skin conditioners to allow for frequent use without drying or damaging skin. APT’s Steri San is surgical grade, manufactured in the UK and it is safe to use in all industries and food production facilities.
APT’s Steri San contains 70% alcohol content which is recommend by WHO (World Health Organisation). Steri San is a surgical grade and rinse free hand sanitiser that kills all gram+ and gram- bacteria. This highly active residual bactericide is fast drying with immediate hand sanitisation, containing skin conditioners for protection of sensitive skin and continued protection.
Steri San comes in easily dispensable containers, so the amount dispensed is controlled, reducing in-use cost. It quickly spreads across and into all areas of the hands evenly. This versatile product can be used to sanitise hands, hard surfaces, trolleys, carts, handles, petrol pumps etc.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends that for a hand sanitiser to be effective, it must contain 70% alcohol. For a 70% alcohol hand sanitiser to be useful, it should combat the risk of cross contamination, whilst leaving a residual biocide for maximum cleanliness. Alongside this, the 70% alcohol base ensures that germs, bacteria, and viruses are killed. Steri San also contains skin conditioners to protect sensitive skin, it is fast drying with immediate sanitisation. Alongside this, the highly active residual bactericide ensures continued protection against all germs, viruses, and bacteria. In specially designed containers, Steri San spreads across and into all areas of the hands evenly to ensure protection.
